RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept unused, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the original purchase date. To return an item for a complete refund, please email info@morelaneinc.com to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Any merchandise received outside of the 30-day return window will be returned to the customer at their expense. Refunds will be issued to original forms of payment. Foressence reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Please note: If you paid with a Foressence.com credit, a new Foressence.com credit in the correct amount will be issued and sent to you via mail or email.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept unused, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the original purchase date for exchanges. To return an item for an exchange, please email info@morelaneinc.com to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Upon receiving the RMA, please ship back your item to us in its original condition. Please note the exchange item on either your order confirmation or packing list and include this in your return shipment. Once we receive your item, we will ship the new item back out to you, free of charge. Foressence reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.

We only accept returns and exchanges from our Foressence.com store. Merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Any defective merchandise may be returned for a replacement or exchange under our 1-year warranty.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your returns or exchanges to be received and processed. We will send you an email to confirm once the process has been completed.

To ensure that your return or exchange is processed accurately and in a timely manner, your return shipment should be in its original condition, in the original box, and with the completed form enclosed. Do not cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the packaging.
